Due to the large number of (pre) orders and the bottlenecks at shipping service providers during the Christmas period, there are currently delays in shipping.
In keeping with the peak time of the Christmas business, two containers with long-awaited new product were delivered to us on Friday (December 17th, 2021).
Among other things, the following kits have arrived:
- DW16001 StuG III Ausf.G early (1:16)
(First partial delivery, the second delivery arrives around the beginning of January 2022.) - TAK6001 SACHSEN-CLASS FRIGATE 3 IN 1
- TAK6002 ZEPPELIN P CLASS AIRSHIP
- TAK6003 ZEPPELIN Q CLASS AIRSHIP
- TAK3002 LUN-CLASS EKRANOPLAN 1:144
- 35GM0008 US Army Light Type III Skid Steer Loader (M400W)
We are working hard to send your orders (pre-orders and new orders) as quickly as possible. Thanks to our restructuring of the shipping area, the expansion of the team and provisional packing stations, we are in a pretty good position.
Of course, we are also dependent on third parties and unfortunately they cannot always do what we’d like. At the moment, the regular pick-up service cannot pick up all of our finished roll containers. Of course, we have booked appropriate special pickups, but even these cannot always pick up the desired amount of parcels and deliver suitable empties.
In addition, DHL has informed us that the starter package center responsible for us is currently around one day behind schedule. This leads to the unusual situation that you will receive an email from us with the tracking number respectively that you can track your order in the shop, but the status does not change for longer than usual.
This is what the status of DHL shipment tracking often looks like:
In this case, your order has been packed and is in the pick-up warehouse or is already in the DHL parcel center and is waiting there for processing. In any case, we can no longer make any changes in such cases and we only ask for your patience.
The roll containers in this picture from yesterday were luckily picked up this afternoon. The hard-working colleagues have already filled the space well again.
The situation with DHL is particularly „tense“, at least for us. UPS parcels are currently always fully picked up from us and transported on with fewer delays.
Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that it will stay that way and that a UPS package will definitely reach its destination faster.
We are continuing to work on sending as many orders as possible and thank you very much for your patience!
Best Regards
Nils
